Bembang! is an online magazine. There is no printed version. We feature interviews with the hottest celebrities and articles that celebrate the Bembang! Lifestyle. We also publish articles about technology, music and event coverages. Bembang! is open-source. The items published in an issue can come from anyone who wants to contribute, as long as the contents are suited for Bembang!
Bembang! launches a new issue every 2 months.
Aside from the magazine, Bembang! regularly updates the site with news tidbits and press releases on items related to the Bembang! Lifestyle. Bembang! publishes news items that the readers may find relevant to an issue and publicity articles about anything within the community.
Bembang! also organizes and sponsors events such as concerts and gatherings for publicity, to bring its community of Bembangers! closer.
Bembang! has undergone a number of changes since it was first launched on November of 2003. Back then, Bembang! was simply a wannabe portal that wanted to be and offer everything that was trendy in the internet. It lacked distinctiveness. This led the way to the launching of services such as the Bembang! Forums, Bembang! Directory, Bembang! Mail, Bembang! Hosting and Bembang! the porn site, which majority of the people who come across this site might think.
Bembang! wanted to be different and wanted to publish original and exclusive content. This led to the launching of Bembang! Magazine early 2004. The response to the magazine was more than expected and now, since the launch of Issue 02, Bembang! has primarily been an online magazine. The community can also still enjoy the services of Bembang! Hosting, Bembang! Mail and Bembang! Forums, the latest being a discussion group for the readers and a medium to meet and greet the Bembangers!
The other omitted portions led to the creation of sites like Boy Bastos and Jolaks by the same people behind Bembang!

Bembang! accepts contributions for future issues as long as it is original and exclusive for Bembang! and written in English with a minimum of 400 words. Images and graphics are not required but is also accepted. The theme may be any of the following listed below.

Obsession and passion
